About Our Products

What is Panwas? Panwas is a traditional South Asian mouth freshener enjoyed after meals. It is made from a blend of seeds, nuts, and natural flavorings — light, fragrant, and naturally refreshing.

What flavours do you offer? We currently offer six Panwas flavours — Royal Dates, Saffron, Signature, Rose, Mint, and Bounties. We also carry Silver Coated Saunf, Silver Coated Badam, and Signature Pan in Meetha and Sada Khushbu.

What sizes are available? Most Panwas flavours are available in three sizes — Sachet Box of 24, Family Pack (180g), and Jar (360g). Some products are available in a single size only.

Are your products suitable for all ages? Yes, our products are suitable for the whole family. They contain no tobacco and no artificial harmful additives.

Do your products contain any allergens? Some products contain nuts (such as our Silver Coated Badam). Please review the product details carefully if you have any allergies.

Ordering

How do I place an order? Simply browse our store at panwaari.pk, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at 03033386691 for assistance.

Can I order via WhatsApp? Yes — you can reach us on WhatsApp at 03033386691 and we'll help you place your order directly.

Is there a minimum order amount? Yes, the minimum order amount is Rs 960.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Please contact us on WhatsApp at 03033386691 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver? We deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take? Within Karachi — 2 to 3 business days. Other cities — 3 to 5 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes — once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

What if my delivery is delayed? Panwaari is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. For any concerns, reach out to us on WhatsApp at 03033386691.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by the courier.

Is online payment available? Currently we only offer Cash on Delivery. Online payment options may be introduced in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or defective.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us on WhatsApp at 03033386691 within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the damage. Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

Do you offer refunds? No. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Approved damage claims are resolved through exchange only.
