Returns for Damaged Items Only
We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible:

• You must contact us on WhatsApp at 03033386691 within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographic or video proof of the damage must be provided at the time of reporting.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Resolution
Once we review and approve your claim, the item will be exchanged for the same product, subject to stock availability.

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without sufficient proof will not be entertained.
